Morpheus8 Body is the body-specific version of InMode's flagship RF microneedling platform. The device is manufactured by InMode. While the face version of Morpheus8 reaches up to about 4mm to address acne scars and facial skin remodeling, Morpheus8 Body uses larger applicators and deeper needle settings — designed specifically for the thicker skin and larger surface areas of the body. The technology combines two of the most effective skin remodeling tools in modern dermatology — microneedling and radiofrequency — into a single device. Tiny insulated needles reach the deeper layers of body skin and release controlled RF energy from their tips. This dual action creates micro-channels that trigger the skin's natural healing response, while the deep heat drives a large amount of new collagen and elastin — far more than microneedling or RF could achieve alone. Morpheus8 Body is FDA-cleared, and because it is not a laser it works safely on darker skin without pigmentation risk. Results build over 3 to 6 months as collagen rebuilds.

Safety first

• Recent isotretinoin (Accutane) use — typically a 6-month wait is recommended

• Bleeding or clotting disorders, or current use of blood thinners — requires medical review

Morpheus8 Body vs. Other Treatments

Yes — Morpheus8 Body is currently considered one of the most effective non-surgical treatments for stretch marks globally. It works on both white (mature) and red (early) stretch marks, gradually improving their depth, color, and texture over a structured 3-session protocol.

From 45 to 90 minutes, according to the area treated — this includes 30–45 minutes of numbing cream before we start.

With proper topical numbing applied 30–45 minutes before the session, most patients tolerate Morpheus8 Body well. You'll feel pressure and warmth, but not sharp pain. Body areas with thicker skin are typically more comfortable than the face.

The treated area will feel warm and look slightly red for 1–3 days. Tiny grid-like marks from the needles may be visible for several days before fading. You can return to most normal activities within 24–48 hours; the area can be covered with clothing in the meantime.
